Google Ads manager
Publishes to Google Ads.
YouTube
Hosts your video ads for Google Ads, so it pairs with the Google Ads connection.
Connecting an account
1
Open Accounts
From the main navigation.
2
Choose the platform
Select Add a new Ad Account on the platform you are connecting.
3
Authorise
Sign in to the platform and grant access. Make sure your user has permission to create ads on that ad account.
4
Confirm the status
The account then reads CONNECTED and is ready to publish to.
YouTube pairs with Google
Google video ads are uploaded to a connected YouTube account before Google Ads serves them, so publishing to Google uses both connections together.
Multiple ad accounts
Agencies and studios running several titles often have one ad account per game or per region. Connect all of them, and you can choose the destination account per upload or store it in a Meta template.Troubleshooting

Confirm it shows CONNECTED under Accounts. If the platform account exists but is not listed, reconnect and make sure that account is selected in the permissions you grant.

Platform authorisations expire periodically and can be changed by an administrator on the platform side. Reconnect the account, then check Upload history in Projects for the message the platform returned.
Choosing a Facebook page
Choosing a Facebook page
Meta handles page permissions separately from ad account access, so confirm your Meta user has a role on the page you want to publish under.
